★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتكلم عن الفرع النسائي .. أول ما جيتهم اعطتني موعد بعدها بيوم للقاء التعريفي الساعة ٨ الصباح ، و لما دخلت اللقاء أول شي قالته أ/ سحر اللي تعطي اللقاء " في الطايف مافيه وظايف كثير و المجالات قليلة مو زي جدة او الرياض " يعني اعطتني طاقة سلبية ، و دخلوني بعدها عند مستشارة التوظيف أ/ سارة و أخذت بياناتي و سجلتها عندها بالجهاز و بنفس الوقت تقول لي انو السيستم عطلان و أول ما يشتغل راح أسجلك ، تواصلت معاهم بعد كم يوم اسال اذا تم تسجيلي او باقي و محد رد و سجلت رسالة في البريد الصوتي و انتظرت كم يوم محد رد ، تواصلت معاهم بعد اسبوع محد رد و تحولت ع البريد الصوتي و سجلت رسالتي مرة ثانية و كمان انتظرت كم يوم و محد رد ، طبعاً جاتني رسالة التسجيل بعد ٣ اسابيع تقريباً من زيارتي لهم ، و بعدها بشهر اتصلت مستشارة التوظيف تسألني " هل حابة تكملين معانا في البرنامج ؟!" يعني بالعربي مامنهم فايدة و اجراءاتهم شكلية فقط و انا بنفسي بحثت عن وظايف في كل مكان من قبل لا ازورهم و بعد ما زرتهم و شفت نظامهم فقدت الامل .. نصيحتي ابحثي عن الوظيفة بنفسك في كل مكان و بتلاقين خير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مرسلين لي رساله عشان احضر دورة و اعتذرت بعدها بيومين ارسلو رساله مكتوب غداً دورة بس بالتاريخ الدورة اللي راحت لما جيت انتظرت اخر شيء سحر اعطتني خيارين ارجع لهم يوم الاحد او اجلس و تقول يمكن تطول الدورة و فيه مقابلة عمل اخر شيء نفس الاسئله اللي سئلوها لي اول ما جيت واضح يصرفون و ما عنده شغله غير السوالف و غير كذا نظام ارسال الرسائل الدورة مكرره ترسلك في اليوم اكثر من ١٠ رسائل و ياليت لما اجي و اتعنى من مكان بعيد على شيء صاحي حسبي الله على من وظفهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه سيئه من ناحية انجازهم للشغل نجلس بالساعات عشان تاخذ معلوماتنا وانا على مكتبها تاخذ كلمه و تنشغل احترمي اني عندك خلصي شغلي بعدها انشغلي مو تروح من مكتبها وفوق ذا لما عرفت المستشاره سحر اني من مكان بعيد صارت تقولي صعب المصروف مايغطي و صعب عليك قمة ف السلبيه و بكل برود تقولي دوري قريب منكم طيب انتو شغلكم على اي اساس ؟ ترا جيت اقدم ما قلت ادلي بدلوك او علميني ايش بسوي وطبيعي لو محصله وظيفه ما جيتكم يتكلمون عن سرعة الانجاز والاخلاص بالعمل ما شفناه فيهم ابد واذا اتصلنا عليهم محد يرد وحتى البريد الصوتي مافي اي استجواب منهم .
