★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks are okay and the place itself looks nice, but the music is way too LOUD. You cannot have a conversation or play board games with anyone (they have a bunch of board games you can borrow) but none of that matters when the music is extremely loud like you're sitting in a club. What's the point of having such loud music if you have to shout for the other person to hear you, and you won't be able to hear them when they talk?
I do not recommend it unless you're in the mood for ear-piercing rap.

I called them before I went and asked if I had to book in advance and they said no, once I arrived I was asked to leave my name and number by the door and they said they’ll call me once my turn comes and I was informed that the waiting time is around 20 minutes. I waited in a cafe nearby and I kid you not until this second they never called! (It’s been over 2 days lol?) it’s a shame I had to write this review as the place seemed to have a fun atmosphere but with such attitude I don’t think I’ll ever give it a second chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was visiting the city and I thought of inviting her to this newly beautiful artistic place.
The venue is nice. The furniture and décor is inspiring indeed. The distance between each table is reasonable so you don’t get bothered with others conversations and you can have privacy with your own friends. Unless if you are louder than normal. Some of the chairs not comfy though and they don’t have pillows to support your back.
We did order two green tea with mint and one piece of Ferrero Rocher chocolate cake. The total was SAR 66. The cake was not good and not to the level. The tea was served in paper cup medium size which was a good portion of liquid to drink. They serve lots of plastic that is not eco friendly.
The menu is very limited. Mainly they have hot drinks and desert. They don’t offer snack, sandwiches, salad and fresh juices.
I have the entertainer application and they are listed on it. Yet the waiter refused to use the app and he said: we are not part of it anymore although they are actively listed!!
They have VR, interactive games and some board games as well.
The toilet is outside the shop - in the mall itself and it’s really a hassle to leave the cafe to go out for praying or using toilets specially if you have stuff with you or you didn’t finish your food/drink.
The communication with them over phone or social media channel is poor as barely you will get someone answers you.
Even though it’s a nice and colorful place but I don’t think I will visit again.
