★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red Sea Mall has Sunday food festival and OB was participating restaurant so why not. So basically you get 50% off the bill on main course only. Typically ordered 2 mains and 1 Saudi drink(champagne) surprisingly the price is very decent for the drink.
As for service it was slow because it was the first day of festival and they weren’t expecting huge number of people but the food made up for the delay. Perfectly grilled shrimps, calamari was good too, both sayadiya and regular rice were tasty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another cozy branch of our favorite seafood house located in this huge Red Sea mall, they are along other fine dine-in restaurants and we really enjoy their sumptuous delicious big shrimps and oyster clams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing as Ocean Basket comes from South Africa and I am South African...I believe I can review this objectively. I had my favourite, fried calamari with extra squid heads and chips. For 30min while I ate, I was back in South Africa. It was delicious and just the way its suppose to be. The lemon butter sauce was creamy and tangy, the chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside and the Calamari was crisp outside and soft inside. Thank so much for taking me back home albeit for a brief moment. Keep it up !

An amazing experience that they serve delicious seafoods. This resto deserves a thumbs up. I suggest to eat their specialties like the fried shrimp, squids, and fish fillet.
