★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم التلاعب بي عندما سألته عن سعر دواء اقل و افاد انه لا يوجد ارخص وعندما تم الطلب منه ماركه معينه افاد انه موجود و سعره وعندما سألته هذا ارخص افاد انه لا يعلم ان يوجد ماركه من الدواء اخرى تعامل سي و تلاعب

قد تجد منتجات في فرع ولا تجدها في الفرع الآخر
قمت بزيارة فرع وهذا الفرع الثاني الذي لا يوجد لدى موظفيه أي خلفية عن القسائم الشرائية من بنك الإستثمار وكيفية إستبدالها!
أتمنى من الادارة المختصة الإهتمام بإحاطة موظفيها علما بأي تعاون وإتفاقيات بين الصيدلية والجهات الأخرى
