Children’s play isn’t anything to shout about but you are round the scorned from a fully fledged park.
Building manager is only a call away and assists with all requirements. He is very helpful!
Underground parking. Apartments are spacious and rates are competitive. Annual rental compound.
Cigar lounge / entertainment room to host your guests; pool table; table tennis. Each apartment can book out the entertainment area / lounge area exclusively for an event if need be.
Supermarket is about 800m away. Close to Riyadh expo; ladies and men’s gyms; 9 rounds kickboxing and coffee shops.
Very well located. I’m the heart of the city.
Internally the walls are beautiful! The kitchen is an open plan kitchen with a nook overlooking your dining area. Floors are marble ; bathrooms are tiled roof to floor. Easy to clean with well positioned drains. Toilets and showers are separate ! And the corners apartments have larger windows with ample natural light. I also love the detailed bulkheads from the ceiling in each room ; really creates an ambience and the lighting is well thought of.
Building stands out among the houses. Is silver on the outside - can’t miss it.
