Particular one seems in decline with many open units. Tenants seem to be leaving. Accordingly the mall is not as well kept as it could be. Unless you need to buy, not the place you’d hang around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest mall in Al Qassim region. I keep coming for the Nest O branch here, it is also the biggest branch in Qassim I believe. Some shops in this mall have closed unlike before that there are good brands for shoes and clothes. There is food court and arcade at the first floor near Nest O entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mall Oasis Mall was a Long to walk Mall here in al rass Saudi Arabia... it has a lot of shops you csn visit Here such as Centrepoint, Max, Home Centre, HOME BoX, H&M, Milano Shoes, Victoria's secret, Hyper Nesto and a lot of shops for your better Shopping ... and it has more fast food chain upstairs of the mall and also food court is there... and there's an Fun city beside food court at second level that your kids can enjoy a lot ... see photos i added and please visit my Youtube Channel if you Like my photos posted..
