★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله صراحه المكان جدًا جدًا عادي وفيه اغلاط كثير مثل انو الكنب بالدور الأول متشقق وخربان والدور الثاني كتمه وظلااااام ، حطيت النجمتين عشان الموظفات العسل اللي ف الباريستا والكاشير ماشاءالله اخلاقهم حلوه وبشوشين ومتعاونين يعطيهم العافيه?
 I swear, the place is very, very ordinary, and there are many mistakes, such as that the sofas on the first floor are cracked and ruined, and the second floor is muted and dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة الكافي كان أول احلي من ناحية الموظفين والموظفات حتي نفسيه الموظفين كانت احلي الحين لاقهوه مزبوط ولامعسل تمام واحب اشكر شخص اخلاقه جدآ عاليه ....س ...م...وشخص ثاني اختفي فجاءه اسمه ...ع...ي.....كان معسلات
Frankly, Al-Kafi was the best in terms of the staff and the female employees, even the psychology of the staff. It was the best time to have coffee that was perfect and not perfect. انا زبونه المحل من يوم الافتتاح التجريبي وزياراتي مستمره للكوفي
بس لحظت تغيير طاقم العمل بالنسبه للموظفات الجدد غير متعاونات وليست لديهم خبرة ف التعامل مع الزبائن ( ف موظفه شبه أفغانية موجوده من يوم الافتتاح احب تعاملها وابتسامتها للعميل وجداً خدومه)
وايضاً طاقم الرجال جداً متعاونين أتمنى التوفيق للكل والنظر ف تعامل بعض الموظفات عديمين الخبره اللي بسببهم حتخسرو عملاءكم المتكررين .

I am the customer of the shop from the day of the trial opening and my visits to the coffee continue
I just noticed the change of staff for the new employees, who are not cooperative and have no experience in dealing with customers (there is a semi-Afghan employee from the opening day, I love her treatment and smile for the customer and they are very helpful)
Also, the male staff is very cooperative. I wish success to all and consider the treatment of some inexperienced female employees, because of whom you will lose your repeat customers.

وفيه خطة لتنسيق وتوزيع سماعات للصوت بحيث تتناسب مع جميع العملاء اتمنى إستمرار التطوير للأفضل وبالتوفيق للإدارة والموظفين والموظفات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان لطيف وصعنون والموظفات كيوت طلبنا كابتشينو و فلات وايت وميكياتو كل القهوة لذيذة لاباس بها وطلبت كوكيز مرا حبيته
The place is nice and clean and the female employees are cute. We ordered a cappuccino, flat white and a micchiato. All the coffee was delicious and okay. I asked for cookies, I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, the menu items are bit expensive but the taste is great, the atmosphere is chill, the decorations on second floor has a space for improvement, i didn't like the black steps because there was no lightning on that part ( it was mid day so the lightning were off), i would recommend for new seats option like a sofa and so on, but overall, the place was 4/5??
