بطرح تجربتي مع واق واق: قبل عدة أشهر ذهبت إليهم لتغيير شاشة لابتوب. بعد أن سلمتهم الجهاز ولاقيت تعامل لطيف عند إذن مضت مدة بدون تحديث الحالة أو التواصل معي. بعد أن تواصلت معهم اتضح بأنه حدث خطأ ما لديهم ولم يتواصلو معي. (النقطة هذي لكم أعزئي واق واق للنظر لهذا الجانب وتطويره). تم الرد بتوفر الشاشة وتم تغييرها. أثناء استلام الشاشة كان هنالك خط يقطع الشاشة لنصفين وظن أن المشكلة بسبب الغلاف الشفاف عليها. بعد الذهاب للمنزل وإزالته اتضح بأن المشكلة في الشاشة. تواصلنا معهم واستبدوها بشاشة اخرى. عند استلام الجهاز بعد تركيب الشاشة الثانية تبين وجود مشكلة بسيطة فيها. عندها تم تخييرنا بأن تغير لشاشة ثالثة من مصدر محلي أو من الخارج. بعد أن اخترنا المصدر الخارجي تم تركيب الشاشة الأولى لفترة مؤقتة لحين وصول الشحنة. بعد عدة أسابيع وصلت الشاشة الثالثة وتم تغييرها وإلى الآن تعمل بشكل جيد ولله الحمد. نقاط مهمة: ١. الشاشة الأولى بعد استعمالها للفترة المؤقتة ساءة حالتها كثيرا ولم تعد قابلة للإستخدام بشكل طبيعي. وهذا يفيد بعدم أخذ شاشة معيبة ولو بشكل بسيط لإحتمالية توسع المشكلة فيها. ٢. المدة الإجمالية للتجربة من ٢-٣ شهور تقريبا. ٣. بالنسبة لي ماكان لدي مشكلة مع الزمن بسبب معرفتي بالوقت المحتاج لعمل هذه الأمور والمشاكل التي قد تصيب القائمين مثل الشحن والموردين وغيره. ٤. تركيب سلك الشاشة لم يكن دقيقة تماما. وتم تعديله قي المنزل. ٥. الرسالة الطويلة هذه تفيد المحل بالتطوير والزبائن بالثقة به. النتجية: هل تنصح بالتعامل معهم؟ ج. نعم وهم أهل لذلك إن شاء الله.

السلام عليكم جبت جهازي قبل فتره عندهم وكان اذا شغلته يطفي على طول وجلس يومين عندهم وقال الهاردسك بغيره لك وغير ونضف المروحه على كلامه واخذت الجهاز ورجعت البيت واخذ مبلغ وقدره ولازالت نفس المشكله الجهاز يطفي المهم جيتهم بعد فتره وقلت له نفس المشكله موجوده وقال يمكن كهرباء البيت عندك فيها شي المهم اخذت الجهاز ورحت وجربت الجهاز برى البيت نفس المشكله فيه وادق عليهم انسى احد يرد عليك . ووديت جهازي للعليا عند فني هندي عَلى طول قال عندك مشكله فالمروحه وبدلها لي والان جهازي زي الحلاوه له اسبوعين معي تمام . والمعذره و احترمك اخوي سمير ولا بيني وبينك شي شخصي بس شغلكم لك عليه . بختصار حراج العليا ارخص واوفر وفيه بعض محلات الصيانه ممتازين جدا.

راح اطرح تجربتي والله على مااقول شهيد شفت اعلانات من بعض المشاهير في سناب لهذا المحل وانهم سعوديين قلت الحمد الله راح نفتك من العماله وتلاعبهم بااجهزتنا وللاسف حصل عكس ذلك حيث قمت بأحضار ٢ جهاز لاب توب وتم اصلاح العطل فيها ولاكن تم تخريبها من جهه اخرى . ١-جهاز hp الذي تم اصلاح العطل فيه تم العبث فيه وتعطيل مداخل USB والغطا حق الاب توب مايتسكر بسبب كسر بالكلبسات ٢-جهاز الاسوس لما فكيت بغير الهاردسك حصلتهم مارجعوا المسامير والله اعلم جوه وش مسوين فيه
