نجمة كثيرة عليهم للأسف خدمة سيئة للغاية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتصلت عليهم حوالي 50 مره اوقات متفرقه على يومين مايردون وبعد ماتعنيت لفرعهم بعد صلاة العصر بساعة كاااملة حصلتهم مقفلين!!!!!!!!!!
I called them about 50 times, different times over two days, and they didn't respond, and after I called their branch an hour after the afternoon prayer, I got them closed!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت منهم غساله وعطوني موعد توصيل للظهر جاء الظهر وجا العشاء ولا جت الغساله والرقم الي حاطينه على الفاتوره مجرد برواز محد يرد عليه ما انصح التعامل معاهم
I took a washing machine from them and they gave me an appointment for a noon delivery. The noon came and dinner came, and the washing machine did not come, and the number I put on the bill is just a frame that no one answers to. I do not advise dealing with them

اول واخر مره اشتري من عندهم يمرضونك مرض بتوصيل وتركيب الاجهزه وعادي عندهم لو تجلس شهر ماوصلوا مشترياتكم !! ياليت المشرف على المحل ينتبه لهذه النقطه خصوصا اني لقيت اغلب التعليقات نفس مشكلتي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - الموقع يعتبر في بداية المحلات المتخصصة في بيع الاجهزة الكهربائية وخصوصاً التكييف.
- الاسعار مختلفة لكن تم اختيار المكيف الشباك ذو التقييم العالي بارد فقط.
- تعامل الطاقم كان راقياً جدا وأيضا التركيب كان في حينه، اشتريت المكيف العصر والمغرب تم تركيبه.
- تم إرفاق الفاتورة للمصداقية
- The site is at the beginning of the shops specialized in selling electrical appliances, especially air conditioning.
- Prices are different, but the window air conditioner with a high rating was chosen, cold only.
- The staff's behavior was very elegant and also the installation was timely, I bought the air conditioner in the afternoon and Morocco was installed.
- Invoice is attached for credibility
