ع	عمر العريني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم زيارة المكان واخذت شقة بغرفتين وصالة وهاذي تجربتي ⬇️ . . المميزات ✅ - توفر انترنت ولاكنة بطيء - يتوفر افياش نوع ثلاثي بكثرة - نضيفة وجديدة لها سنه تقريبا - يتوفر بجانبة مسجد ويقام فية صلاة الجمعة - يتوفر بجانبة اماكن جميلة - متوفر مكيفات وثلاجة - متوفر سخان ماء - يوجد مواقف سيارات - حارس الشقة مؤدب ومحترم - يوجد العاب اطفال ولاكنها على الشارع . . . . . العيوب ❌ - فرشة الصالة بالعربي مدودة - مكيف الصالة مزعج - لايوجد فرن - المكان حول الشقة الشبكة فية ضعيف جدا - الشارع خطير للمشاة لان الناس مسرعين - لايوجد بقالة قريبة - رائحة الشقة سيئة شوي - اطلالة الدرايش يجب ان يهتم بها . . . واخيرا السعر ??? . ثلاث غرف وصالة ب 900 غرفتين وصالة ب 500 غرفة وصالة ب 350 طبعا فية استغلال شوي يوم جو الناس علية طلب زود الاسعار وكل فترة له سعر The place was visited and I took a two-bedroom apartment and a hall, and this is my experience ⬇️ . . ت	تقيم-مطاعم -كافيهات-محلات on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من خلال زيارتي لنزل صفوة الشفا اولا بخصوص الاسعار للغرفه وصاله متراوح من ٣٠٠ ريال الى ٤٠٠ ريال حسب الصاله صغيره او كبيره وحسب الموسم ايضا عندي بعض الملاحظات وبعض النصائح اولا ملاحظاتي ١- الشقق ينقصها بعض الاواني المنزليه مثل صحون ملاعق شوك سكاكين قدور يوجد بها غلايه لتسخين المياه ٢- الشقق تحتاج سجاد اكثر مثل غرفه النوم خصوصا في الاجواء البارده ٣- الحمام يحتاج الى لباد للارض لمنع الانزلاق ٤- المراتب تحتاج تغير لانها يابسه ٥- ويحتاج وضع دواء للوزغ والحشرات واقفال النوافذ ٦- الغرف بشكل عام نظيفه وكويسه من الداخل العماره لازالت جديده نصائحي لصاحب العماره ١- اخذ مبلغ تامين على محتويات الشقه لضمان سلامة محتويتها ونظافتها عند الاستلام من النزلاء ٢ - وضع الاواني والكاسات والملاعق والاحتياجات في كل غرفه ٣- توزيع الالعاب على منطقتين لتجنب تصادم الاولاد وقت اللعب الحارس كان متعاون وجيد بالتعامل المكان بشكل عام جيد جدا ولابأس بزيارته اكثر من مره Through my visit to Safwat Al Shafa Hostel First, about the prices for the room and hall, ranging from 300 riyals to 400 riyals, according to the hall, small or large, and also according to the season.
