K	Khalid Alarifi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوا شقق مفروشة على الإطلاق وبدون منازع تكييف الصاله لا يعمل نهائيا تكيف الغرف لا يبرد مراتب السرر في الغرف أسوأ من السيئة والسست بارزه تشعر بها من تحت المفرش الشراشف والمخدات غير نظيفه الغرفه مهيئة بصرصور الليل وحشرات اخرى لايوجد طاولة قهوه في صالة الجلوس والتلفزيون في صالة الجلوس لا يعمل لايوجد معاليق ملابس في دواليب الغرف ولا يوجد شباشب حمامات. منذ قدومي لم ارى موظف الاستقبال الى مره واحده ولا ألومه لان الأجواء في الاستقبال لا تطاق من الحرارة لانه التكييف لا يعمل في منطقة الاستقبال. أوصى بعدم السكن في هذه الشقق و خاصة ان سعرها تجاوز ال ٤٠٠ ﷼ وتقييمي لها انها لا تستاهل ولا ٥٠ ﷼. تورطت في اخذها لأني حاولت اجد غيرها ولكن للأسف لم اجد نظراً لازدحام ايّام العيد... للامانه حبيت اوضح تجربتي السيئة لان لا يخدع احد غيري. للعلم حاولت التواصل مع الاداره عبر الرقم المكتوب على مكتب الاستقبال لأخبرهم عن شكواي واتضح ان الهاتف لا يمكن الاتصال به مؤقتاً. The worst apartments ever furnished and undisputed Air conditioning does not work permanently The rooms do not cool The bedspreads in the rooms are worse than the bad ones and the barges are out of place Bed sheets and pillows are not clean The room is set with night pictures and other insects There is no coffee table in the lounge and TV in the lounge is not working There are no clothes in the rooms and no slippers. Since arriving, I have not seen the receptionist once and I do not blame him because the atmosphere at reception is unbearable because the air conditioning does not work in the reception area. I recommend not to live in these apartments, especially that the price exceeded 400 riyals and the evaluation of it is not worthy of 50,30. I was involved in taking them because I tried to find others but unfortunately I did not find them due to the crowded Eid days ... For his faithfulness, I have explained my bad experience, because no one deceives me. For information I tried to communicate with the administration through the number written at the reception desk to tell them about my complaint and it turned out that the phone can not be contacted temporarily.
T	T N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق نظيفة ومرتبه ومناسبة للعوائل أيضاً ولكن يعيبها بعض الأشياء مثل: ١-مراتب السرير سيئة ورخيصة ولا يتم العناية بها بقلبها كل فتره لذلك هابطه. ٢-عدم وجود صابون ومناديل بالغرف. ٣-عدم وجود كرسي سيفون بالحمام او حمام افرنجي فقط مرحاض ارضي. Clean and tidy apartments, suitable for families as well, but it has some flaws such as: 1- Bed mattresses are bad and cheap, and they are not taken care of with their heart every while, so they are relegated. 2- Lack of soap and tissues in the rooms. 3- There is no siphon chair in the bathroom or a French bathroom, only a ground toilet.
s	saad s2222 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ماتستاهل نهائيآ النظافه 30% نمل في ارضيات الشقق ومكيفات تعبانه والله العظيم نقلني انا واهلي في 3 شقق عنده بسبب النمل والتكييف البنقالي الي في الاستقبال والله ماحدني عليهم غير حظر التجول جاي من جدة واضطريت اوقف عندهم ماعاد معايه وقت ولاكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بالنسبه لاسعارهم معقوله ولاكن تعتبر خسارررره في فيها Apartments you don't deserve. Cleanliness 30% ants in the floors of the apartments, air conditioners, tiredness, and God Almighty transferred me to me and my family in 3 apartments because of the ants and the air conditioning to me at the reception. As for their prices are reasonable, but it is considered a loss
