★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة انا زبون دائم عندهم كل ما انزل الرياض.. تعامل الموظفين راقي ومحترم من الاستقبال خصوصا الأخ اليمني إلى عمال النظافة.. موقع الشقق مناسب وحوله خدمات والشقق بشكل عام نظيفة ومساحتها مناسبة ولكن الشيء الواحد اللي ضايقني هو ضعف ضخ الماء في الحمامات خصوصا الدش تتعب معاه كثيرا ايام البرد

ولا المنطقه كويسه قريب منها بقالات كثيره قريب منها بعد مطعم وكل شيء مره حلو والأسره مريحه وفيه كنب في الصاله مريحه مره لدرجه اني نمت فيه انا واخوي والله نمت احلى نومه في حياتي والمطبخ حلو
وفيه ثلاجه واثاثهم متناسق جدا يفتح النفس مره مريح لايفوتكم انصحم يلي يبغون مكان ينامون فيه بس في الرياض استأجروه واسعارهم معقوله كل شيء فيه حلو اقيمه ١٠٠ بل ١٠٠ يستاهل خمس نجوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقل من عادي و مستوى النظافه دون المستوى بمثل امكانيات المنطقه كونها جديده وملاحظة الدفع الموظف اليمني عند بداية كل يوم جديد يتصل بالارضي و من ثم الجوال و من ثم الحضور للغرفه و الازعاج بس باقي يجيب كرت و يدخل عليك يتأكد بتدفع و لا لا غيره مو مهم الفرش مو نظيف و الدش بالحمام غير مرضي لخروج المياه ضعيفه جداً. القنوات محدوده جداً كم محطه بس ليه
