★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه التعامل جميل جداً وضمانهم على النظارات حلو، انا انكسرت نظارتي مرتين وكل مره يطلعونها جديده احسن من قبل.
 Frankly, the dealing is very nice, and their guarantee on the glasses is nice. I broke my glasses twice and every time they got them new, it was better than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة، مفصل نظارة طبية بحدود ٢٠٠٠ريال وقلت للشخص الي في الفرع ابيكم توصلونها البيت لان فيه توصيل مجاني وقال مافيه مشكلة. الحين لها يومين مخلصه و اتواصل معه ما يرد على. و ادق على خدمة العملاء يقول برسل ايميل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا راح اتكلم عن المكان كويس لكن وبكل اسف ريحه المكان سيئة جدا جدا ريحه لاتحتمل طبخ وثوم وبصل لدرجه طلعنا من المكان والريحه عالقه بالعبايه كأننا داخلين مطبخ مو لايق ابدا بالمكان .
تعامل بعض الموظفين رغم انو الفرع فاضي متعب كل شوي اناديه ورني هذي النظاره ابي هذي يعطيني ويرجع واروح اناديه ثانيه مفروض يبقى مع الزبون لما يخلص والفرع ماكان زحمه .
موظف قياس النظر كويس عمل قياس النظر رغم انو وقت صلاه وتقفيله محل .
غير كذا اكتشفنا في لعب بالتأمين قالو لنا مبلغ محدد ووصلتنا رساله من التأمين سحب كامل قيمه التأمين وبعد التواصل تبين خطأ موظف !!! بعد ايش

ذهب لنظارات السلمان لعل وعسى يقدمون خدمة افضل من منافسيهم، لكن ما ان تشتري النظارة وتدفع، التواصل معهم يصبح جحيم.
الرقم الموحد لايعمل
رقم الفرع مغلق او لا يردون
الفاتورة ما ارسلوها
سوء التواصل وخدمة العملاء غير متوقع. انصح بالذهاب الى شركة اخرى

وكنت أنوي إرسال السائق لاستلام النظارات في موعدها ، ولكني سأبذل جهدي لأحضرها بنفسي لأكرر لهما الشكر والتقدير ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول نقطة ارتفاع الاسعار بشكل غير مبرر ..
ثانيا اوكي اسعار غاليه مافيه مشكلة خل نقول مقابل جودة لكن لما نتكلم عن زجاج ماكمل سنة ويطلع فيه خدوش وتموج .!!! هنا مشكلة كبيرة
طيب ليه تقولي انها الماني وافضل شي بالسوق وعليها ضمان وضد الخدش ووو .. الخ ليه ادفع عليها مبلغ وقدره وهي مثلها مثل ابسط محل نظارات بالرياض .!!
انا عن نفسي مستحيل اعيد التجربة والكلام موب عليهم على اغلب محلات النظارات .. خصوصا الغالية
المصنع واحد ومايفرقون عن المحلات الصغيرة
الي يبي نظارات صح يطلبها من برا اشوف انهم اكثر دقة وجودة وسلامتكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظارات السلمان في مجمع سبار على طريق الخدمة لطريق الملك فهد في حي العقيق متميز في كل شئ حتى موضوع الساعة في المملكة العربية السعودية وهو التوطين. جميع العاملين بلا استثناء من جنسيات مختلفة بما فيها السعودية ?? للأسف. المحل يحتوي على ماركات عالمية متعددة للنظارات الشمسية والطبية "انظر الصور المرفقة". الموقع ممتاز وسهل الوصول اليه. المواقف متوفرة. يوجد مختص قياس نظر. المحل يتكون من دورين ويوجد فيه مصعد. الدور الثاني فيه ركن نظارات اضافية كذلك. الدكتور نجيب بدير بشكل جيد ويأسر العملاء بتعامله الراقي.
