★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم شراء نظارة شمسيه ماركة غير مشهورة وجودتها رديئة للاسف ومبلغها غالي شوي وللاسف شريتها بالبطاقة نقاط بيع مع وقت تقفل المحل ونسيت اخذ الفاتورة
وبعدها بكم يوم من الاستخدام انكسرت
جيت للموظف وشرحت له الوضع ان جودة النظارة رديئة وهذا اللي حصل معي
ومن باب التسويق قال خلاص اشتر اي نظارة بنص السعر
معليش اسف ماراح اخذ اي نظارة ابي حقي اذا ممكن قالي لايوجد ضمان
قلت احترم رأيك طيب ممكن توصلني بالادارة بحكم انك موظف فقام يتردد قال انا المدير
قلت طيب عطني الفاتورة لاني شريتها ونسيت اخذ الفاتورة
ورفض يعطيني الفاتورة
رفض يرجع المبلغ
ورفض يوصلني في ادارة المحل
ورفض يعطيني الفاتورة
قلت اسمع اختر من الثلاث اشياء هذي ولا انا اعرف اتصرف
رفع صغطي الا اشتري من عنده وقام يراوغ للاسف
وفي الاخير اعطاني المبلغ
انا انقل تجربتي الخاصه فيني فقط ولا اقصد فيها المحل او البائع في المحل
التجربة كانت سيئة
والموظف فاهم التسويق غلط
وكان غير واضح
لما شافني فاهم النظام عرف ان الله حق وماقدر يمشيها علي
نصيحه لا تشتري اي شيء بدون فاتورة
واطلب يكتب في الفاتورة اسم النظارة وموديلها وشركتها وسعرها
