★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه جربت عندهم عسل المجرى الابيض كطعم جيد .. بس اكتشفت انو مره مفييد لرياضيين خصوصا الي يتمرنو ٥/ ٦ ايام رفع الاوزان الثقيله??( اعطاني اداء ما حصلته بالمكملات الي نشتريها بشكل شهري ) انا انصح فيه جميع الرياضيين ملعقه طعام قبل التمرين ?

(The performance of what I got with the supplements we buy on a monthly basis) I recommend it to all athletes a tablespoon before training ?
