★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked in Norconsult - Riyadh for almost 4 months, the reasons I left Norconsult are:
1 - zero Environment at the head office in Riyadh, you feel that you are living in a Jail,
2 - No activities, nothing at all,
3 - The probation period should be 3 months, but it was renewed with no reason, I asked HR and the line manager why, but no one responded
4- C-Level is outside KSA, not a major issue,
5- no Career Path, forget it. Micro-Management is 70% applied
6- Your contract might be terminated at any time,
7- most important thing that you need to take into consideration, is that you are forced to work during the weekends, and in case you don't, you will hear that " We hope you have enjoyed your weekend"
