★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدم المصداقيه مع العميل بان الفرع فاتح الساعه 6:15ص. وقمت بذهاب الى الفرع وكان يبعد عني ١٩دقيقه وقمت ب اتصال ع جوال المكتبه. ولم يكون هناك رد ل اكثر من ٤ مرات. ?
Lack of credibility with the customer that the branch is open at 6:15 am. I went to the branch and it was 19 minutes away from me, and I called the library’s mobile. No response more than 4 times. ?
