★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جيد جدا سكنت فيها 24 ساعه نظيفه جدا وحلوه من ناحية قربها الى منتزه غابه رغدان كل شي متواجد حولها الاستقبال ممتازين واخلاق عاليه شكرا لهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقعها جيد لكن للاسف الشقة قديمه والأثاث متهالك والسرير غير مريح بالإضافة الى عدم تغيير الشراشف بعد كل مستأجر لكن أضطرينا لأخذها للراحة من عناء السفر غير الإزعاج من الأعلى وعدم النوم والراحة تجربة لن أكررها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سعرها حلو اقل شي ٢٥٠ وسعر منافس جداً صاله وغرفة ، غرفتين وصاله صغيره وحمام ومطبخ ب ٣٠٠ ويتوفر غساله واستشوار تجفيف ، نظيفة وريحتها جداً راااائعه مبخره عود وتكييف مركزي وشاشه وغساله وفرن ، صراحه تجربه حلوه ورح نعتمدها في كل زياره لنا ف الباحة ♥️♥️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت جيدة من ناحية النظافة ولكن خدمة الشقق نفسها مو كويسه اول م تستأجر يخدمونك بس يخلصوا وياخذوا الفلوس يصير يماطلون فيك ولا يوجد فرش اضافيه لو احتجت وفي النهار لا يوجد عمالة تنظف أو تشيل العفش لو احتجت

لكن عدم توفر عامل لتحميل الأغراض متى ما أردت !!!

انا سكنت في الدور الثالث شقة 7
ولم تكن مرضية والسعر فعلا 250
والمواقف في الخلف
الموقع قريب من معظم الاماكن
طلبت فرش او بطانية قال لي بيجيب وما شفته وبعدين يقول الثاني ما عندنا ؟
الشقة متواضعة جداً
الرائحة طيبة
لا يوجد صابون ولا كلينكس
وأنا من قمت بتنزيل الشنط !!!
