★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed several orders on noon during the national day event and they were scheduled to arrive on different dates from 25 sept to 17 oct.
The first shipment arrived on 25 sept, I, living alone here in KSA, was not at home. I asked the driver if he can deliver it to my location that was 20 mins away, and I'd pay him the extra charges and tip him; yet he refused stating that he's only allowed to deliver to this place. I called the customer support and asked that all my shipments get rescheduled till 01-Oct.
Each and every day, from 25 Sept till 01 Oct I was receiving messages stating that my shipment is out for delivery, couriers contacted me daily, and I had to call DAILY to the customer support insisting that I want to reschedule my shipments to 01 Oct. I asked for the managers to contact me; they called while I was in a meeting so I asked them to call back at 2:30, but no one ever called again.
Friday 01 Oct; 1 shipment arrived out of 2, the courier was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Will be cancelling all other orders and order on Amazon from now on. Never use Noon at all. Never Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is so poorly managed to the point that they don’t have a proper order system. Orders are made on their website or app. Orders may or may not not be in stock. If the product is out of stock they may choose to cancel your order. Wish list is practically non existent. They don’t even consider that the out of stock items are delayed in handover date. Alternatively they don’t even consider to transfer your order to a wish list if they have issues ordering them from manufacturers and other stickiest. Also from business dealing with them they suffer from an internal gang between their delivery drivers and their warehouses clerks.
For the foreseeable future it’s better to go with reputable competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor delivery services.... Is this because you want your customer base to shift to noon boxes? If so pls change ur strategy and i highly recommend to call your customer when you know your ground reality.. no one contacted me and an automated calling service is calling me saying im not available for package pick up? Even the delivery guy number smsed me from Noon HQ is unavailable.... Pathetic experience day by day.

Absolutely awful customer services, full of empty promises and liars.
They were happy to take my money for the 2 items costing nearly 3000SAR but not helping assist me in any way shape or form. I am still waiting for the items to be delivered but they don’t even know where it is.
They don’t even deserve a rating ?

Worst e-store, 19days passed Order not deliver, money not refunding, Very bad service, not upto the mark. I am a victim of this noon.com, So please avoid this company & boycott them...
