★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect atmosphere and service, super clean and cozy, the receptionist is so professional and sweet, same goes for the technicians, everything is perfect expect that I think their technicians need to be exposed more to new techniques and knowledge related to nails, the only downfall was that my technicians didn’t know how to remove my biab extended tip, she kept thinking it’s an extension and cutting my natural nails shorter and mistaking them for extensions instead of my real nails, but other than that, everything was perfect, definitely coming back
