★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا توجد خدمة فندقية فقط سكن الانترنت ضعيف ببعض الغرف والمياه بالدورت المياه ضعيفه وسباكه قديمة ومتهالكة ولا يوجد تجديد او اهتمام من القائمين بالاستقبال
 There is no hotel service only, internet access is weak in some rooms, the water in the bathroom is weak, old and dilapidated plumbing, and there is no renewal or interest from the receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في عام 1438 حجزت لديهم 4 أيام في عيد الفطر بمجموع مبلغ 1000 ريال وحصلت لدينا وفاة ،، اتصلت بهم اليوم الأول ابلغتهم بالوفاة ورفضوا قيول العذر وأخذوا الالف كاملة ،، رغم أنني لم احضر طيلة 4 أيام
In 1438, I booked with them 4 days on Eid al-Fitr with a total of 1,000 riyals, and we had a death. I called them on the first day and informed them of the death, and they refused sayings of excuse and took the whole thousand, although I did not attend for 4 days

Everything is moldy, it needs maintenance of the lights and the toilets in it. The furniture is old

Very poor standard, very dirty and worn out furniture, there is only one worker working as receptionist, baggage loader and cleaner.
