Even though i dont have advance appointment they still try their best to give me a slot specially thanks to mr. Imran who arrange and turnover the issue to their very good and experienced mechanics and im very satisfied that they fix the issue. Very accomodating staff.

Had an appointment for regular maintenance.
Took them over an hour just to receive the car.
And at the end they didn't even manage to change the oil and filters on the same day. Without as much as call or notice. So I had to waist all day waiting for the car that never finished.
Absolutely horrible.
