ومع إنك تشتري السيارة عن طريق البنك يطالبونك بمبلغ لحجز السيارة .
تعامل سيئ جدا جدا جدا كأنهم يتمنون عليك ومتفضلين عليك إنهم معطينك سيارة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا سيارتي باترول جيب ما دخلت الوكاله الا صيانة ال1000 كيلو واليوم دخلتها بعد 100000 كيلو لاني اعرف الوكالات سيئه من ناحية السعر والتعامل والوقت ، اليوم جيت هالفرع للوكاله وشهادة حق المهندس ابراهيم رجل رائع بكل معنى الكلمه تعامل صدق حرص على رضى العميل خبره ، كذلك مدير الفرع ابوبراهيم الله يسعده رجل مايخليك تطلع زعلان العماله عندهم اقل واحد خبره بالنيسان 7 سنوات بصراحه فرع رائع وسلامتكم ، للفائده ؛ كانت المشكله بالسياره دبة الرديتر تهرب لذلك اللي سيارته باترول يشيك عليها ✋?

قيمة الشركة بنجمة لسببين ..
الاول : فترة الدوام في رمضان فترة وحدة بس من (١٠ص -٤م) في رمضان وهذا الشي ما يرضي اي عميل محتاج لقطع الغيار ..
الثاني ؛ استغرب من كون القطعة اللي انا محتاجها غير متوفرة في جميع فروع بترومين ولا حتى الموزعين المعتمدين ..
ملاحظه : موظف الاستقبال اشكرك على حسن تعاملك و رقيك بالتحدث شكراً جزيلاً .. مع الاسف انت في مكان لا يليق بحسن تعاملك و ابتسامتك و اجتهادك ..
