★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can buy directly from the US forget dealing with the store. the customer service is very poor. I went back to the Nike store at the Red Sea today to exchange one of the purchases I have made from the store on the 18 th. So I got in talked to the sales person and he refused. He mentioned that I purchased it on the 18 and I came today the 26th for the exchange. I explained that the person I purchased it for just got the chance to open hid gift yesterday (Dec 25) yesterday and I need a size bigger. Anyway I asked to talk to the store Manager (Omniya). She wasn't there so they had to call her. She appears after ten minutes and said the same thing. So I asked to talk to her Manager (Mohamed B.) She called him and then he talked to me on the phone to say the same thing. I explain and he gave her the okay to exchange the size. One of the sales people goes to the back and mentions in Arabic that they have it available. She asks him to wait and then asks me to wait. After 10 minutes, making me wait, her chilling behind the counter, and few more customers she then calls me at her convenience to tell me it's fine but refused to hand me the receipt. Everything is set for success in the store but that small step that would make a big difference and a customer happy is really not what that Manager is willing to take and doesn't care about.. Definitely sticking to purchases directly from the US. It's not worth it and the prices are a lot more expensive than you would get in the US for similar product.
