★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جداً في التعامل مع العملاء اتفقت معه استلم الطلبيه بعد اسبوعين استلمتها بعد شهرين وناقصه وفيها اخطاء وحتى تصحيحه للاخطاء اللي في التطريز كان سيئ غير مقبول وحتى حسابه للفواتير خطأ كل شوي يطلبني ادفع لشيء وكل شوي يعتذر لي بعذر حتى نجمه وحده كثير عليه
Very bad in dealing with customers. I agreed with him. I received the order after two weeks. I received it after two months and it was incomplete and there were errors. Even correcting the errors in the embroidery was bad and unacceptable. Even his calculation of the bills was a mistake. Every little bit he asks me to pay something and every little bit he apologizes to me with an excuse even his star alone is too much for him.
