★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite and clean, there is 3.5km long walk path and parks you can bike walk jog.
Down side is there is no supermarkets or laundry service or gyms near it, there is a mall that hasn't opened yet since 4 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As if you can rent a unit here. Only those who teach at King Saud University can actually live there. If you can, you should, since it is close to the hustle and bustle of the city and a straight shot to anywhere you'd want to go to in the north and north Eastern side of the city. I haven't been inside (yet) but it has been told that it was "nice." Just nice.
