I took 7 pills for 54 riyals, and the employee treated her not very well once. Basically, she didn't realize that it was 7 pills until after I opened it after two days ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لذيذ لكن السعر مرتفع لما قارنته بنويهاوس الأصل (اللي في بلجيكا) تقريبا طلع فرق 40 ريال (قارنته بألواح الشكلاتة)
Delicious, but the price is high. When I compared it to the original Neuhaus (the one in Belgium), the difference was about 40 riyals (I compared it to chocolate bars)

The chocolate is delicious and the flavors are well-balanced. I would like to thank the employee, Amani ? very nice, polite and classy, and accepts customers’ requests with open arms ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service I’ve ever in-countered, I wish I could have a number to raise a complaint.
One of the problems that I’ve faced, is that I asked for half kilo of chocolate and payed the full amount when I went back to receive it they filled it as one kilo and expected me to pay the rest!
