★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cooperation, no respect, no proper place to sit, instead of helping to approve visa, they create more and more problems even though all documents are in order. We had several visa to issue and bring Nepalese to work but now I'm planning to cancel it. They should think it was good for their country economy as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service, all they said is (wait), And I waited for a whole month, No cooperation, No communication with the customers. We have to come from a long distance just to follow up with the request , and they don’t appreciate that. I’m not looking to deal with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing worse that this experience ever however I wish I could give this zero. I don't recommend and I am not going to deal with them again. The people working there are unprofessional to handle the visas and have no respect at all to other whatsoever. I have been waiting for almost one year to get approval unfortunately all my persuit did pan out. Every time I visit this place I wait more than one hour with no response from the staff. I hope someone takes this complaint seriously in order to fix the issue.

CALLING THE ATTENTION OF THE HIGHER POSITION IN THE EMBASSY OF NEPAL. Your action will make a big different about this issue. Well to some who is not nepalese going to this EMBASSY, be prepared.. they will not entertain you!
