★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد أكثر ما يهم الشركة هو المال اكثر من الالتزام بالعقد ويطلبون مبالغ غير الموجوده بالعقد بحجة ان الاسعار ارتفعت من الوكالة وكذلك لايوفرون المكيفات في الوقت الذي يطلبه العميل ويتحججون بعدم توفره من الوكيل لكي تتنازل وتاخذ مكيفات بجوده اقل دون التعويض عن فرق السعر.
لا انصح بهذه الشركة أبدًا فهناك افضل منها ولديهم خدمة عملاء افضل.
Unfortunately, what matters most to the company is money more than commitment to the contract, and they ask for amounts that are not in the contract, on the pretext that the prices have risen from the agency. They also do not provide air conditioners at the time requested by the customer, and they argue that they are not available from the agent in order to give up and take air conditioners of lower quality without compensating for the price difference.
I would never recommend this company, there are better ones and they have better customer service.
