★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch is understaffed. There are only two employees to cover this big branch during Eid. I tried to contact the management using the Whatsapp number posted all over the branch, but the number is not working!
Obviously, management doesn't know the basics of customer service.
Bakeries are good, but the customer experience is awful.
In case you get tired of waiting and decided to leave your plate to be filled by the staff, it will be full of cheese even if you tell them not to.
So you have to be there to get what you want.
