نقصت نجمه بس عشان طلبت ستاند يتزين بالورد الطبيعي وعملوه بالصناعي (كان حلو صراحه ما انكر واتصلوبي عشان يبلغوني ويصححوا الخطأ لكن للاسف كنت جنب المحل وماعندي وقت انتظر )
ياليت ينتبهوا بس لدي النقطه والباقي تمام?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا زبونه ليه سنه بتعامل معاهم و خسروني امس و ما حرجع تاني بسبب موظفه في قمه قله الذوق و الاخلاق . عملت باقه بسعر اعلى من اللي طلبته و تحملني الخطأ و تباني ادفع الفرق و تتصل و تكلمني بصوت عالي و اسلوب منفر للزبون و تحملني الخطأ انا و سواقي و لا على قد اني ما اروح لغيرهم و اسمي معروف عندهم من كتر طلباتي ..تم حذف المحل من قائمتي المفضله و لقيت افضل منهم تعامل و شغل اروع الحمد لله ?

The best flower shop I dealt with in Makkah.. The first time I asked them for flowers to coordinate my birthday cake and the second time I asked for a personal bouquet.. The employee Shurooq is a balm on the heart. God is pleased with her.
