★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف كانت زيارتي الاولى واخذت انطباع جدا سيّء من الزيارة الاولى ، لم اجد ترحيب من الموظفات ، بطء في الخدمة ، فتح حساب لدى الموظفة استغرق نص ساعة رغم انه لايوجد عملاء ، الموظفة يبدو انه مبتدئة أروى الحربي بطيئة في العمل وتتملص من العميل تطلب مني ان أفتح حساب من خارج الفرع ، انا جيت تخدميني مو توجهيني ، أيضا تسألني عن العنوان الوطني مع العلم انه كل شيء موجود على الكمبيوتر بضغطة زر لاني عطيته هويتي الوطنية ، الإجراءات فيها تأخير وكل شوي تنادي زميلته تخلص له الإجراءات ، اذا الموظفة مو كفؤ في العمل لماذا تعمل في مكان ليست مؤهلة له ؟ في النهاية طلبت مني ان أقيمها بصورة جيدة عندما يطلب البنك مني التقييم ، وقت البريك اراء الموظفات متضاربة ( موظفة تقول ٤٠ دقيقة والأخرى ٤٥ دقيقة) علما ان الموظفة الاخرى ادخلت عميلة وخدمتها برحابة صدر وانا على مقاعد الانتظار انتظر بريك الموظفة اروى الحربي يخلص ..
