★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to know if there is any service assurance department in the bank which checks the quality of service provided to customers. Out of my 5 visit 3 times I find the system is down, then excuses like sorry the cards (credit or debit) finish come again and I m wessam gold member there. I can only imagine the quality of service provided to normal account holder. Even after writing this comment n multiple comments from other customers if they write. Do the bank management take any action to improve the quality of service. If the System is always down please FIRE you all IT staff.
