★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فعلاً أسوء فرع ما فيه أي خدمة للمتعاملين، ولا فيه من هو قد المسؤلية بما فيهم مدير الفرع، جيت عندهم أبي أبيع أسهم واخذت رقم وجلست بالانتظار لمدة ساعة ونص، ولما جاني الدور قال لي الموظف انتهى الدوام.
أما عن التجربة الثانية جيتهم بعدها بكم يوم وجلست بالنتظار حوالي الساعة وبعدها ومن نفس الموظف قال لي ما عندنا بالفرع أسهم.
In fact, the worst branch has any service for dealers, and there is no one in it who has the responsibility, including the branch manager. My father came to them to sell shares and took a number and sat waiting for an hour and a half.
As for the second experience, I came to them a day later, and I sat waiting for about an hour, and then from the same employee, he told me that we do not have shares in the branch.

لكن صراف الايداع مرة شغال و مرة متعطل الغريبة وجود اكثر من واحد لكن نأمل المحافظة على رضاء العملاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة بطيئة لايوجد الا صراف واحد وموظف خدمة عملاء واحد فقط ننتظر بالساعات حتى يأتينا الدور عند خدمة العملاء بسبب انه لايوجد الاموظف واحد فقط لخدمة العملاء ماذنبنا يامسؤلين البنك الأهلي ماذنب العملاء تتعطل اشغالهم ايضا شاشات الارقام معطلة لاتوجد الاشاشة وبعيدة عن الانظار اللي نظره ضعيف مابيشوف رقمه .ايضا لاتوجد معقمات ابدا هذا نقل مباشر من داخل الفرع الآن
