★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appartment is in nice location very near to Hilton Garden olaya. There is easy access to King Fahad Road and Olaya road. Grocery store, saloon, dry cleaners all in walkable distance.
Only problem here is the maintenance and service. They would not fix the broken equipment or electronic easily. Need to keep asking and make them know its broken and after a month or two they might consider fixing it.

You can find 1/2/3 BHK semi furnished rooms which can have washing machine, AC, Gas burner, Gas cylinder, kitchen cabinet, trash buckets, sofa set, TV, WIFI, Geyser in washroom and kitchen, cupboard and dressing table as facilities.
This place also offers lift, filter water gallons.
