★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل جميل و الجزم مريحة جدًا لكن اتمنى يتم تدريب الموظفات بشكل أكثر كفاءة بحيث تعرف كيف تتصرف وتتعامل مع الزبائن، جيت برجع حذاء خلال المدة المتفق عليها من وزارة التجارة "ثلاثة ايام ترجيع" وقالت ماعندنا كاش قلت طيب ما العمل؟ قالت مافيه الا تجين بكره. وانا اصلًا بروح واجي عشان احصل وقت مناسب لكم عشان ترجعون لي ثمن البضاعة؟ اترك دوامي و إلتزاماتي و اصرف بنزين واقطع مشاوير بسيارتي رايحة جاية عليكم عشان اشوف متى يتوفر عندكم كاش؟ قلت طيب رجعوا البضاعة ثم حولوا لي المبلغ في حسابي البنكي خلال ٢٤ ساعة قالت لا ما عندنا هذا الإجراء. قلت طيب وين المشرفة تتصرف توفر لكم الكاش قالت ما يوفرون ، السؤال هنا ليش ما توفرون ؟ وليش ماعندكم خدمة التحويل ع حساب العميل البنكي؟ مو العميل دفع لكم من حسابه البنكي ؟ رجعوها عليه ، ما حبيت التعامل و تطفيش العملاء هذا كنتوا المحل المحبب لي لكن بعد هذا العمل صرتوا في القائمة السوداء بالنسبة لي لحين رفع مستوى الكفاءة وتدريب الموظفات بشكل لائق لحل المشكلة وحسن التصرف.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا ما دربتو الموظفات بشكل جيد اعتقد راح يسكر المحل خصوصا انه نروح فروع كثير لشركه اباريل ماعمري شفت بوقاحه موظفينهم بهذا الفرع كاني بشتري من حلالها
