حادث في الطريق بسبب هبوط مياه و شركه المياه الوطنيه اقرت ان الموقع يخصها
و طلبت مني اوراق تستدعي مراجعه اداره المرور و اداره نجم بعدها يقرورن هل يتم التعويض ام لا
..... متطلبات لجنة الحوادث والتعويضات ......
* تقدير شيخ المعارض (تقييم السيارة قبل الحادث وبعد الحادث أصل ) وليس فواتير الورش
* صورة طبق الاصل من خطاب المرور لمكتب تنسيق المدينة (الأمانة)
* (صورة من الخطاب يختم من المرور بختم أزرق)
* صورة طبق الأصل من تقرير المرور للحادث (في حال باشر المرور للحادث). (أي صورة من التقرير يختم من المرور بختم ازرق) أو تقرير نجم للحادث مفصل وملون ومختوم (في حال باشر نجم الحادث)
* برنت من المرور للحادث من الحاسب موقع ومختوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة وطنيه تعنى بشؤون المياه تطورت خدماته كثير من خلال ميكنة العمل وتحسن اجرائته فمعظم عملياتهم تتم من خلال الشبكه العنكبوتية الا ان هناك مشاكل تتعلق بإيجاد الحلول الفواتير المرتفعة وانا احد المتضررين حيث وعدتني فاتوره بأكثر من أربعة عشر الف ريال لفترة استهلاك بحدود شهرين رغم أن معدل استهلاكي خلال الأشهر الماضيه بمعدل يقول عن ٢٠٠ ريال شهريا.منزلي صغير جدا ولا يوجد لدي بركة سباحه او حدائق وقدمت اعتراض رفض.امل ان يكون هناك موضوعيه وعقلانيه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تهتم شركة المياه بايصال المياه للمشتركين (العملاء) وتحرص على الارتقاء بالخدمات قدر الامكان.
واتوقع في المستقبل القريب ستكون من افضل الشركات في العالم في مجال خدمات المياه ان شاء الله.
ايضا يوجد بعض الملاحظات على الخدمات المقدمة منهم ولكن اتوقع سيتم تداركها والتغلب عليها ان شاء الله.
ايضا ارى ان تقوم الشركة بالمحاظة على موظفيها حيث لوحظ في سنة ٢٠١٨ و ٢٠١٩ ان العديد من الكفاءات بدأت بالخروج من الشركة لاسباب متنوعه. ويحب على مسئولي الشركة دراسة اسباب ذلك للأهمية. ناهيك عن ان ذلك قد يسيء لسمعة الشركة ايضا لاسمح الله.
اتمنى لهذه الشركة المزيد من التقدم والنجاح.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايتم خدمتك الا بموعد اكتروني حتى وان كنت من كبار السن مع العلم ان المراجعين ينعدون بالأصابع والتطبيق يعطيك موعد بعيد جداً يصل الى شهر او شهرين ولا يوجد مرونه في التطبيق بحيث يوضح لك الايام المحجوزهـ وغير المحجوزهـ
