★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place.. do not hesitate to rent in here.. you won't regret it.. even if you are the pickiest person on planet Earth! Maybe the only thing is that it is over priced on many fronts.. coffee shop is over priced. Like really over priced. Small water costs 3 riyals though it is sold for half a riyal everywhere else. Other than that I can't catch any flaws on this amazing hotel.enjoy your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though we had the initial check in issue and unprofessional attitude, the rest of the stay was pleasant, the rooms were cleaned daily and cleanliness was maintained in all areas. The buffet breakfast was fine.The rest of the staff was accommodating.
Just make sure you receive confirmation of booking before arrival, if you plan holidays in the busy season.Other than that, it is a comfortable place for families.

The AC was useless to bring the freezing temperatures to normal.
Not very impressed after spending this amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/10 compared to international brand hotels, great hotel, 9/10 regarding client servicing, great manager, modern hotel & very pleasant welcoming, had to change date of booking for emergency situation, the Manager accepted the request in a click and my booking was postponed to another date, the rooms are great, amenities are great too, restaurant of the hotel is nice, staff are so so so nice too, grilled taouk look like fajitas with rice but it was tasty
