Doctors and nurses are very polite, humble and helpful. Providing hygiene meals 3 times per day. I pay my hearty thanks to everyone who cared and treated me well. Especially, to Mrs. Meena, for helping me personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a non Arabic speaking expat. My wife needed emergency first aid on April 4, 2022 evening and we visited emergency ward.
Initially took time for Insurance verification as the receptionist initially declined the insurance. Later, after speaking to my company HR and after giving certain details, the insurance was accepted. The receptionist apologized two times for the delay.
Inside the emergency ward, the doctor and nurses were friendly. The doctor was Dr. Nabil, a thorough professional and was available all the time for all my queries. Gave treatment for two hours and then discharged. The treatment looked genuine and no unnecessary medication.
Keep up the good work!

This hospital provides emergency first aid service really good . With best doctor mix
Their is a best urologist (Dr. Nasser saber and Dr.gamal naser) , endocrine doctor available in this national care .
The staffs in emergency section was well trained and did their best to help us during a ramadan holiday time .
The doctor in emergency diagnosed the exact cause in matter of 3 hours with all the scans,blood work and physical examination .
The staffs in report collection units are very good and helping in nature .
Areas of improvement:(management of national care )
Improve doctors work satisfaction in their fields
Provide needed training for staffs to be polite even during pandemic
Special field like gynocology , internal medicine , child specialist , and internalist department good doctors with excellent experiance can be recruited . From different culture for best work force culture inside organisation
Work loads can be reduced on nurses and doctors .
My honest opinion after been to emergency section for my spouse hope it helps someone in need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst hospital in Riyadh in terms of queue waiting , usually you have to wait minimum of 1 hour to see the Dr , they keep us waiting in waiting area . Even when they call for my number the Dr told me to wait as he call another patient… I’ve tried this hospital 5 times , me and my daughter not even one time felt like they respect the time.
