★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت المحل اليوم وكان متميز للامانه في البضاعه واخذت مجموعة قطع ومن ضمنها قطع رخاميه ؛ لكن كان تعامل الكاشير جداً سيء حيث اني طلبت فحص القطع المشتراه بفك الكروتون والتأكد من سلامتها خاصة القطع الرخاميه وبالفعل حصلت كسور بسيطه بزواياها وطلبت تغييرها فزعل الكاشير وطلب اخذها بحالتها او تركها وعدم تغييرها وتقييد حريتي بعدم الشراء ( خلها لاتشتريها ) حيث انه يزعم ان القطع الرخاميه تكون بها عيوب مثل هذه الكسور البسيطه على الرغم انه خالف سياسة المتجر بما يخص الارجاع والاستبدال والمكتوبه على طاولته ومن ضمنها عدم ارجاع اي قطعه بعد شرائها بها عيب والمتسبب بها الشاري فكيف يتم التأكد من سلامتها واثبات ذلك قبل بيعها وهي مغلفه ولايسمح لي بفحصها ؟؟!
I visited the shop today, and it was distinguished for its integrity, and I took a set of pieces, including marble pieces; But the cashier’s treatment was very bad, as I asked to check the purchased pieces by unpacking the cartons and making sure of their safety, especially the marble pieces. Indeed, there were minor fractures in their corners and I asked to change them, so the cashier got angry and asked to take them in their condition or leave them and not change them and restrict my freedom not to buy (let them not buy them) as he claims that the marble pieces It has defects such as these minor fractures, even though it violated the store’s policy regarding return and replacement written on its table, including not returning any piece after its purchase with a defect that was caused by the buyer.

١- موقعه بعيييد عن وسط الرياض.
٢- الأسعار حقيقةً فيها ارتفاع عن محلات مشابهة قريبة جدًا من المحل
٣- المحل صغير وبالإمكان إضافة المزيد من الخيارات حيث أن بعض الأرفف عليها قطعة واحدة.
