I called, got an appointment. The operator gave the token number and everything.
I went there first counter sent me forward. Second counter sent me to some room 27, the person there totally disregarded everything. He argued that there is no such thing as booking appointment on call. After questioning how to take appointment, he said come at 8 a.m. How can a working person go at 8 in the morning??
I have no idea who's at fault but seriously the management need to consider these things. I heard so much good reviews about the doctor but had a terrible experience with the management.
Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been to network7 of BUPA (high-end), I felt this clinic service is remarkable. Floor staff ushered as and even made sure we are comfortable. Special mention to Mr Abdusamad for his courteous manners.
The aesthetics inside the clinic are not cosy and warm but staff are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad complex. My father went to see the doctor and the electricity was not working. Then they told him we can't serve you. He asked them to book an appointment, and they said we couldn't because the devices were turned off. Why don't you take the patient's data and make another appointment for him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should go there only if you have a lot of patience. They allow people coming after you to be seen by the doctors first and when you talk to them, they just have no justifiable reason for that. Very poorly managed hospital and very poor attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disorganized and crowded and so many patients sitting in a very little space, which is not advisable since COVId is still around and cleanliness is also objectionable. I went after 4 yrs but find it worst. Went to eye doctor who is so rush in seeing so many patients that he forgot to write prescribed medicine. Few other patients also complained that he gave them in correct number for glasses. How can we trust this type of doctor?
