★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, a british, received the parcel for me but was asked by the delivery guy about my nationality as if it has something to do with receiving the delivery. After handing my husband the parcel I received a WhatsApp audio message from the postman that the parcel has been received in a VERY IMPOLITE MANNER. This unpleasant experience should be dealt with by the Naqel management. Please.. do hire professional employees.

Regarding naqel their service is good and cooperative staff at warehouse
