بالنسبة للعجينه والملوحه اشوفها معقوله كا نوع بيتزا(نابولي) والحشوه معقوله لكن مش متميزه عادية
عيب العجين عظله شوي وتمضغ واجد مو لينه وخفيفه
يبغى لهم شوي تحسين ويطلع ممتاز?
اقرب ما للعجين (التميس) ?

المطعم هذا زوت أكثر من 100 مرة.. كانت بدايته مقاربة للبيتزا النابولية لا من ناحية العجين أو الخبز كانت مميزة. زرته قبل فترة فخرجت بانطباع سيئ جدا.. كل شي تغير فيها. لا مذاق ولا طعم .. طريقة العجن والخبز اختلف تماما.. فلا هي من تصنيفات النابولي ولا هي من تصنيفات أمريكا ستايل..
حتى المارغريتا جميع من يقدمها يقدمها مع ورق ريحان طازج.. هم قدموها لي مع ورقة جرجير !!!!!
آمل من القائمين عليه عودة الطريقة كما كانت عجنا وخبزا.
الحسنة لهم الديكور وجودة الحشوة.

This restaurant has been visited more than 100 times.. Its beginning was similar to Neapolitan pizza, not in terms of dough or bread. It was distinctive. I visited it a while ago and came out with a very bad impression...everything has changed. There is no taste or taste.. the method of kneading and baking is completely different.. neither is it among the classifications of Naples, nor is it one of the classifications of American Style..
Even the margarita, everyone who serves it serves it with fresh basil leaves.. they gave it to me with a rocket leaf!!!!!
I hope those in charge of it will return the method as it was kneading and baking.
The good thing about them is the decoration and the quality of the filling.
