The chalet was dirty (hair in the shower, the bathroom smelled like urine). The door handle was broken and they wouldn't fix it. The bed was harder than the floor and the host was rude. I asked for a grill before arriving and they brought me a grill with no tray and said I should've brought my own tray.
The chalet was way too expensive for the level of service received.
