★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nahdi is a prime example of zero alignment between marketing and operations! A good case study for business students.
They recently launched car delivery service where you place an order, and provide car details and their rep would bring the order to your car. This is in line with contact less purchase promoted by the govt.during. Covid times.
No matter how long you wait, no matter how many times you call or contact them on whatsapp they won’t bring it to your car.
You can simply walk in as a regular customer and get out in 2mins.
Pathetic service. Zero consideration for customer’s time. Useless marketing stunts. They don’t realize that they end up losing more customers due to poor customer service and such gimmicks are not going to help in the long run!
And btw their online ordering exp is on another level disappointment altogether!
