Arrogant, rude and unprofessional staff. I went there in the morning to ask for a doctor (after receiving a promotional email) and was told that doctor would come after 1.
I went again after Asr Prayer and was told that doctor is unavailable today. When I asked the pharmacist that why he didn’t tell me this in the morning, he got upset.
I understand though that he is only working in the company and doesn’t owns it and thus he don’t care of losing a customer.
Overall Nahdi offers best promotions and best quality of products.
