★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I got inside Al Nahdi pharmacy at around 5:08 pm today 1st of Feb, 2022, the Egyptian pharmacist was on his mobile phone while attending to a customer. While I waited on queue until he finished with the customer before me, another customer came. When it was my turn I told the pharmacist that I needed pantozol. He asked what was it for, and I told him that it is a gastro-resistant tablet. I expected him to take the medicine I asked but he just ignored me and attended to the other customer who came after me instead. The customer service was very bad and not acceptable at all.
