★ ★ ★ ★ ★ امس رحت لهذا الفرع.حبيت اشتري قفازات من عندهم..لكن الصيدلي للاسف حب يتأكد من نوع القفاز اللي أبغاه وبدل ما يتأكد بقراءة معلومات المنتج على الكرتون..راح فتح الكرتون وطلع القفاز وعرضه لي..وهذا التصرف مرفوض من صيدلي خاصة في زمن الكورونا.لانه القفاز كذا تلوث .وطلب مني اخذ القفاز وافحصه بنفسي فرفضت بحجة انه هذا بيلوث القفاز.ابغاه يفهم انه اللي عمله خطأ وغير مقبول .فقال هي اصلا تجي من المصنع ملوثة!!..بالله هذا كلام واحد فاهم شغله ودارس صيدلية!!..ولما سألته عن معلومات تخص مكمل غذائي رد علي بمعلومات عامة سطحية ..حسيته ابدا مو صيدلي حقيقي..خرجت بنية عدم العودة لهذا الفرع بتاتا البتة..
Yesterday I went to this branch. I wanted to buy gloves from them..but unfortunately the pharmacist loved to make sure of the type of glove he wanted, and instead of making sure to read the product information on the carton..the carton was opened and the glove came out and displayed to me..and this behavior is rejected by a pharmacist, especially in the time of Corona Because the glove is such a contamination. And he asked me to take the glove and examine it myself, so I refused, under the pretext that this polluted the glove. I wanted him to understand that it was wrong and unacceptable. When I asked him about information about a nutritional supplement, he answered me with superficial general information. His senses were never a real pharmacist ... I went out with the intention of never returning to this branch at all ..
