I don't know where the responsibility is. The clock is closed from 8 o'clock in the night and maybe even before and until 9:30 it is not opened!!

انتظار ربع ساعه عشان تفتح ، رغم ان باقي المحلات مفتوحة!!!
On Friday 21 / Ramadan, the pharmacy arrived after Tarawih and got it closed
Waiting a quarter of an hour to open, even though the rest of the stores are open!!!
