★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff at reception even don’t know how to open file for doctor. After one hour got the file but the receptionist asking for full amount for doctor fee. I informed him that I am covered with insurance than again have to wait for one more hour to add me in insurance, which he tried and tried but don’t know what to do. Somebody came from other department to help him.
This is the frist experience don’t know what will happen next

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I booked a video consultation and I waited an entire hour for the doctor and she never showed up. I had already paid for the appointment. I tried calling the customer service number but it seemed to be automated and didn’t respond to what I was saying. Then I sent an enquiry but no response.
Update: I was quietly refunded several days later. Then after a few days someone called to ask about it. I wonder if they read this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my PCR for covid-19 and they told me I am going to receive it in 24 hours and when I visited them they told oh sorry you should receive it in 48 hrs because you have done it in weekend shift which is in Thursday after 4 pm you should receive it on Saturday by 9 pm and until now I have not received anything and passed 48 hours!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long quee only one person behind the counter,, I did my nasal sawb on Saturday 5 pm , I received a call Sunday 5 am informing me that I need to repeat the swab , Unfortunately I repeated the nasal swab again Sunday morning, I need to come again Sunday night to take the resul as . Result came out on Mondy morning
It did not apear in Tawakalna
I do not recommend to do COVID Test in this center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. PCR test results took more than 30 hours. They advertise it will be available within 12-18 hours which is not true. Absolutely not recommend, save your time and go somewhere else. People waited for hours to get their results and no one follows the instructions for social distancing and some of them have a positive result, which is madness!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so this is what happened to me:
-The receptionist was aggressive and not welcoming at all.
-Each person I spoke to gave me a different price to the procedure I asked for.
-When I asked about why the prices were different they said “don’t worry about it”, I told them “I am not worried I just asked a simple question about why the prices were different” they replied “it is just the system”, I asked a relative who works there and he said that is not true.
- they spent a long time on the computer as if it is the first time they use it.
-when I asked to pay the receptionist just walked away, and came back few minutes later asking if I did, I said no so we spent few more minutes -not sure why- then asked me to go to the other receptionist.
-the doctor did not examine me at all.
-they asked me to go and pay, and when I did and came back they let someone else inside instead of me, and when I told them that it is my turn, they said “ok we will ask them to step outside”!.
-they didn’t step outside of course, so the doctor stepped out and spoke to me in the hallway without examination what so ever.
